How can I pay for my order?

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. See Track Your Order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch (4–8 business days in total) within Australia. You can find full details in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.

How do I choose my size?

Our sizes follow standard measurements. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
